Panos Papadopoulos
Panos Papadopoulos, an experienced leader with over 30 years in Greek Telecoms, Media & Technology private sector, holds a Computer Science degree (University of Crete) and an MBA (ALBA Athens Business School).
Being founding member of first Greek ISP FORTHnet, the CEO of Forthnet group (NOVA paytv included) established a strong technology and commercial background and showcased strategic vision, financial acumen, and the ability to build winning teams. In the middle of the severe Greek financial crisis, Panos managed NOVA, a listed company, with stakeholders like international funds and operators, two out of the three Greek mobile operators and a syndicate of 3 systemic Greek banks, holding a multi-hundreds of millions of euro debt and leveraged buyout acquisition.
After successfully securing the future of the group through the strategic selling to B.C. Partners in November 2020, Panos is acting as investor and board member on technology and consultancy firms focused on digital transformation to private & public sectors, human training and fiber infrastructure.

Efharis Perpinia is an acclaimed senior professional, with extensive experience in the Human Capital & Communication domains at large Corporations and Groups of Companies, both in Greece and Internationally.
She has a compelling track record of work diversity in several Organizations and business sectors, such as FMCG, Insurance Services, Media, Technology & Telecommunications, Shipping and Consultancy and more specifically at Heineken N.V, Athenian Brewery S.A., ERGO Hellas, ANT1 Group, Forthnet S.A – Nova, Capital Ship Management Corp, Alter Ego Media and several consultancy projects.
Efharis has specialized in Human Capital Leadership and has a career history with accomplishment of seemingly ‘impossible’ targets, multifaceted stakeholder communication, business and culture transformation and crisis management. Accumulating more than 30 years of versatile experience in Technical, IT, and Finance roles, Nektarios Kokovas is a professional with a comprehensive understanding of the technology industry.
Currently serving as General Manager of WEComDiT and a non-executive Board of Directors member at OTS SA, an ICT/Digital Transformation company in the Public sector, Nektarios brings his wealth of knowledge and expertise to contribute to organizational growth and strategic development. Giorgos Mouzakitis
Giorgos Mouzakitis is a marketing professional with vast of experience in the Telecommunications and Pay-TV industry. His expertise spans various key domains, including Market and Competition Analysis, Market Research, Business Planning, Business Development, Digital Transformation, and Project Management.
Currently, Giorgos serves as an ICT consultant, focusing on the deployment and commercialization of Fiber to the Home (FTTH) and WE•Digital business development. Manolis Athiniotis is experienced in Technical Operations Management with a career of over 26 years in the telecommunication sector. Skilled in deployment and maintenance of fiber optic networks and the management of external technical contractors for the installation services. Is adept in fact based decision making, he achieves his goals, delivers results and is keen on finding solutions, even in complex situations.
Manolis serves as FTTH Technical consultant focusing on the design and deployment of Fiber to the Home (FTTH). His proven experience in telecom strategy & operations in Greece and the strong network he has built both on telco regulatory authorities and with the municipalities, make Manolis our driving force to create an ultrafast open fiber network
